President of King’s Promotions, Marshall Kauffman, has been named Philadelphia promoter of the year for the second time in three years. Marshall had this to say about accepting the award: “I’m just honored because there’s a lot of good promoters in Philadelphia who do great shows. I feel good about the fact that we’ve set the groundwork, because for every show we’ve done there’s been a fight on there that’s been nominated for the fight of the year. Boxing fans in Philadelphia can expect more of the same from us in 2019, the best is yet to come.”
