Here we are a few days after the big Mayweather vs Ortiz fight. After just 4 rounds of boxing we saw the more experienced boxer (and most likely the best of all time) stop the young Victor Ortiz.

Now we move forward one month to Allentown, Pa where fighters who are just typical blue collar, hard working boxers are getting ready to go out there and give the fans their money’s worth. They might not be making the millions of dollars or getting all of the publicity that the big name boxers do, but they put their heart and soul into their craft.

On Oct. 21st at the Rodeway Inn,  Allentown’s favorite boxer William Miranda will step back into the ring for a 6 round main event bout to avenge his loss against Lonnie Kornegay of Baltimore, MD who had defeated him and put Miranda on the canvas for the first time in his career. In Miranda, you will see a man that pours his heart out in the ring and you will see a man that does not know how to back up no matter what is in front of him. Most importantly, you will see a man that loves the sport that he represents and loves the fans that come out to support him. He promises to lay it all out for you on Oct. 21st.

Don’t miss this action packed card which will also have other exciting professional bouts on the card including Eric Newell of Bethlehem, PA going up against Antonio Robertson of Alexandria, Virginia in a 4 round Heavyweight bout. Also featured will be Cesar Gonzalez of Reading, Pa in a rematch with Joshua Arocha of Vineland, NJ. Their first bout ended in a draw. We will also have a 4 round bout with Puerto Rico’s Frank Santos De Alba going up against Osahon Omo-Osagie of State College, PA in a lightweight bout.

To make this card even more exciting, we have decided to put four entertaining amateur bouts on as well. The main event of the amateurs will feature two females: Janel Grimes from Allentown, Pa (but now fighting out of Reading) against Katarina Lentini fighting out of the Ishin Ryu Karate Gym in Allentown, Pa and trained by William Miranda. This will be one bout you should not miss, as both girls are “in your face” brawlers and will make for a great action bout.

Also on the card will be the hard hitting 110lb. southpaw Jonathan Morales out of Reading, Pa who sports a record of 3-0 and the very talented Maurice Morales and Quincy Staples. These fighters are certain to bring fans to their feet come Oct. 21st.
